...and I trust that he has my interests in mind. My training started about eight months ago. He listened to how I wanted to achieve my goals and set up a plan. I was turning 70 and wanted to get into shape but in an unusual way: I wanted to lift weights such as barbell bench press, deadlift, and squat. He taught me how to gain strength without hurting myself and pushed me when needed but always watched to make sure that I was doing the exercise correctly. I have exceeded my goals and thank Jason for helping me.

I have been working out for a number of years and always with the same intention to build muscle, increase my cardio and strength. Since learning to work with kettlebells under the supervision of Jason Borden, the intensity of my workouts has increased exponentially. I am stronger and, with kettlebell swings and Get-Ups, my cardio workout is faster and more intense. These workouts are butt-kick challenging but I keep coming back for more. Much of that has to do with the instruction and encouragement that comes with having a great trainer!

I was fortunate enough to meet Jason a year ago. He has been such an excellent friend, trainer and inspiration for me. I was about 25 lbs overweight and just not in shape. I have lost all the weight and acquired muscle in areas I didn't even know was possible. I have lost inches all over and I owe it all to him. He is very professional and always so much fun to work with. He truly cares about the results I'm getting and tends to what needs I have or want while training with him.
